In order to register for ICRAV, you must be a member of the Association of Official Racing Chemists (AORC), the International Group of Specialist Racing (IGSRV), or a person nominated by an international, national, or state authority controlling equine sport or animal racing involving pari-mutuel wagering and approved by the Management Committee. Approved membership shall be for the period covered by the conference for which you are nominated and approved.

The Full Registration fee is $1,500 NZD ($1,800 NZD from 1 January 2010)

The Accompanying Persons Registration fee is $500 NZD ($600 NZD from 1 January 2010)

Travel – please make your own travel arrangements. Domestic flights to Queenstown are available from a number of New Zealand cities including Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
